When staring IINA, I only see the German UI.

• macOS MacBook Pro, 14.5 (23F79), using the Croatian language in the system settings
• IINA 1.3.4 Build 140

Expected behavior:
After installing the app, it should automatically use the user's language/localization according to his system settings, or add an option to change the language in the app settings.

Actual behavior:
The app starts with German UI.
