Forward/backward 36 seconds instead of 5 #3321
Description
System and IINA version:
- macOS 10.14.6
- IINA 1.1.2 Build 128
Expected behavior:
Jump 5 seconds when press the arrow key.
Actual behavior:
When I press left/right arrow it jump 36 seconds. Even after I change the shortcut key setting to "seek 5 exact".

Steps to reproduce:
- MPV does not have this problem.
