System and IINA version:

• macOS 10.13
• IINA 0.0.13

Expected behavior:

Filter Presets window is wide enough to fit all parameter names.

Actual behavior:

When setting up Video Filters, the window is too narrow for Russian (and maybe other languages) words.

In some cases it is crucial for understanding.
For example, two last options «Custom (MPV)» and «Custom (ffmpeg)» can’t be distinguished now.
