I guess we can merge this but not close the issue to add tests yet. Maybe users want to use the IBC v2 rust relayer instead (which we won't have tutorials for, given we will focus on the ts-relayer as explained in the issue) |

Merge is blocked until we add integration tests for IBC v2.
