It looks like v0.52 is getting nuked (cosmos/cosmos-sdk#23655).
We should revert main to v0.50, and integrate IBC v10 for v29 and ship v29 with the rest of feature improvements we've made.
We shouldn't just revert the commits, given that we still want to use collections, and other nice things that v29 added.
Basically we just need to downgrade to v0.50 (which should be pretty easy to do).
