Right now anyone marked as a liaison manager or authorized individual for an SDO can enter an incoming liaison statement. Should this be limited to the secretariat? Should incoming statements require any further approval before being posted? |

This is related to discussion point #25. For me we should limit this to the liaison managers (if really needed also dedicated liaison manager from other SDO), the secretariat (with a checking step by the liaison manager or, if not applicable, by the liaison coordinators) or the liaison coordinators directly. |
