Currently while editing meeting materials it is possible to upload/import meeting minutes at any time, even before the meeting starts. Minutes, by definition, should reflect the result of the meeting discussion, so it is weird that they can be set before the meeting takes place. Perhaps there may be some exceptional situations for this, but I would lire at least see a warning saying "Hey, are you sure you want to set the meeting results before the meeting takes place?" when I try to upload/import the minutes before the meeting starts.
(I once accidently uploaded the wrong file as minutes well before the meeting started).
