Description

It's a small thing, but right now people need to know to go to the 'important dates' page and look up when the agenda will be available.

It would be much friendlier if the agenda page told people this -- at a minimum, by linking to important dates, but much better if the information is on the agenda page itself.

Bonus: separate messages for when there isn't yet an agenda and for when the agenda isn't yet final.
