Describe the issue

The page for an upcoming interim has a link to the meeting notes page ("notepad for note-takers").

E.g., https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/interim-2025-core-03/session/core

When the meeting has happened, that link appears to vanish.

E.g., https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/interim-2025-t2trg-01/session/t2trg

However, the minutes will only be submitted later, and in particular will usually rely on the meeting notes, which are now hidden.
Hiding the link adds some detective work to the followup work on an interim meeting, both for chairs and for other holders of action points.
(It does not make sense to press "Import minutes from notes.ietf.org" if we can't see what's in there.)

(Our workaround is to put the notes link in the agenda as well, but that doesn't help with other meetings, adds a click to the necessary review of meeting notes before submission of minutes, and adds another source of errors and inconsistencies.)

I don't know why the link has to vanish, but if it has to, the time of submission of the minutes might be a good time for that.
