Describe the issue

Hi!

I am trying to upload the next version of draft-ietf-sidrops-aspa-profile, but constantly getting
"This submission has been canceled due to a system error during processing. Modification is no longer possible."

In the "History" I see "Submission rejected: A system error occurred while processing the submission".
