Swagger codegen is alright but honestly, it's hard to work with. Additionally, it's Java-based so we have a download a TON of packages to use it on the build system. Ideally, we'd have a custom system which allows us more control over the code we output.

As an ideal, it should be Ruby based so we can put it into the build pipeline with use as Webpacker for v2
