Current Behavior

Removing the database from a working node like core-node-2 on rotsee it forces the resync and then the node is not eligible anymore.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to core-node rotsee 2
2. Delete the database
3. Restart
4. Wait until is synced
5. The error will appear
