In order to be able to publish debian packages (hoprd__.deb) to the official public registry it is encouraged that the package includes the manual pages for the binaries that includes.

I would like to have a just recipe that would generate the manual pages for the hoprd and hopli binary
That recipe will be invoked in the package generation so it's included as part of the package documentation.
