We need a local setup which can be used to test various usage scenarios to stress test different components easily using the local hoprd sources. This is to enable fast iterations and debugging of hot path blocking.

• Docker compose setup which runs anvil and 3 hopr nodes
• Setup allows simulating of network conditions between nodes
• Test case: send 1-hop packets directly via websocket
• Test case: use netcat to send UDP packets over lookback UDP Hopr Session
