/peers is returning connected nodes without a multiaddr #6340
Description
Expected Behavior
All connected nodes have a multiaddr.
Current Behavior
Some nodes have value NULL in the multiaddr field on the connected array in /peers API
The same node has multiaddr in the announced array.
Were you able to reproduce the bug using the above steps consistently each time? YES
