Remote Calendar integration do not set entity state to ON when there are 2 consecutive full-day events #144714

The problem

I use the Remote Calendar integration to track Google's public holiday calendar. (I prefer this to the Holiday integration in the hope that it will also track non-fixed holidays as well).

"Holidays in Thailand" public iCal: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/en.th%23holiday%40group.v.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

From this calendar, 11-May-2025 (Sun) is "Visakha Bucha" day and 12-May-2025 (Mon) is "Day off for Visakha Bucha". Both are national holidays.

Remote Calendar fetches the event from the ical and displays it in the Home Assistant calendar correctly. However, while on 11-May-2025, the entity was ON, on 12-May-2025, the entity became OFF albeit it's being "Day off for Visakha Bucha" day.
