It would be awesome if project were optional in GCP SM references (eg. ref+gcpsecrets://project/mykey... could just be ref+gcpsecrets://mykey...)

Ideally the project could be looked up automatically (maybe from the credentials?), but if not provided via env var.

I might be able to work on this, but would look for input on the design.
