Are the install instructions for Hexagon HVX still correct?

Specifically, the docs mention:

Download and install the Hexagon SDK and Hexagon Tools. Hexagon SDK 4.3.0 or later is needed. Hexagon Tools 8.4 or later is needed.

On the hexagon-dsp-sdk release notes page, the latest release is said to be 3.5.4. . There's also a debian client, but requires dependencies not available for ubuntu 22.04.
