取消功能页面的扩展点，改为在左侧菜单添加菜单项。适配 Console 中 halo-dev/console#816 的更改。
注意：虽然 Console 的这个修改是一个破坏更新，但对于这个插件来讲，并不会造成影响，可以与 2.1.0 以前的版本兼容。
