What does this PR do?

A refactor broke the ability to run evaluations in DPO trainer as it drops the "prompt" column needed for evals.

Additionally, on non-zero ranks, the evals will error with the error below because wandb is only initialized on rank0:

[rank1]: wandb.errors.errors.Error: You must call wandb.init() before wandb.log()

Thanks for the fixes @winglian! Would you mind adding a small regression test so we can catch this in future refactors?
