What does this PR do?
This PR updates a broken documentation link in
docs/source/using_llama_models.md. The original link to the PEFT + TRL docs produced a missing page or 404 error. I replaced it with the correct link to the current PEFT integration documentation to ensure users have access to the right resources.Fixes # (issue)
