FileInput - Prevent scrolling down page when space key is pressed on 'browse' #6169
Description
Expected Behavior
If the user is navigating by keyboard and presses space on 'browse' this shouldn't cause the page to scroll down.
Actual Behavior
Page scrolls down when space key is pressed on 'browse'

Steps to Reproduce
- Tab to the FileInput 'browse' button
- Press space key
