Since frame work we use is old it does not support TLS 1.1/1.2 but uses TLS 1.0 which is deprecated. The gridcoin.us server allows TLS 1.1/1.2. This fixes the issues
This would be the 4.0.1.0 ive tested the msi and the dll installed and works correctly.
