if EXT-X-KEY Method is NONE, URI must be skipped. #68

An encryption method of NONE means that media segments are not
encrypted. If the encryption method is NONE, the following
attributes MUST NOT be present: URI; IV; KEYFORMAT;
KEYFORMATVERSIONS.
