Included changes: grafana/mimir-prometheus#131 grafana/mimir-prometheus#247 These should result is lower memory usage by chunk mapper.

What this PR does
This PR updates
mimir-prometheusto latestmain. This includes two changes:grafana/mimir-prometheus#131
grafana/mimir-prometheus#247
These should result is lower memory usage by async chunk mapper. (We have tested the changes in internal dev cluster to prove that they help).
