- Add default.yaml config file for viper remote
- Rename mock_configure_test.go to configure_mock.go
- Update go.mod dependencies:
- Add github.com/gone-io/goner/g
- Update github.com/hashicorp/consul/api to v1.32.1
- Update other dependencies including etcd, grpc, and opentelemetry
