golang_version_upgrade template does not appear in list of issue templates in GitHub #3898
Description
When clicking on "New issue" there is no template for golang_version_upgrade.
When clicking on "Edit templates" it shows the template.
The golang_version_upgrade template should show up in the list of GitHub issue templates to select.
