Steps to Reproduce

Run GKE Policy Automation on a cluster with a windows node pool.

Expected Behavior

The tool should not report that windows node pool is violating "Use Container-Optimized OS".
The policy description could be rephrased to explain that the policy related to *nix nodes only.

Actual Behavior

The tool reports that windows node pool is violating gke.policy.node_pool_use_cos policy.
