As of Hugo 0.137.0, AWS S3 deploy is no longer supported out-of-the-box. To do so, one needs a special binary (the "deploy" edition) of Hugo. This project doesn't deploy using Hugo, and so we won't be getting this binary. So this seems like an opportune moment to drop the S3 config file :). WDYT @emckean @LisaFC?
