At the moment we are struggling with missing SYSDG role as we need to monitor Standby database that is in MOUNT state. Available roles SYSDBA, SYSOPER and SYSASM are not sufficient for this as SYSDBA provides too wide privileges while other two are not providing required privileges.

I would like to have an option for SYSDG role that will help us to monitor Standby DB in MOUNT state.
