When we have a transaction - queries to tables already queried must be queried within that transaction. repo.IsTimeTrackerEnabled() called repo.GetUnit() meaning that issue.loadAttributes causes a deadlock. Signed-off-by: Andrew Thornton <art27@cantab.net>
