Feature Description

According to https://docs.gitea.com/administration/backup-and-restore, Currently, gitea can dump all data (repositories and database) into a zip archive.

It would be nice to add a button in "Site Administration" section, which will download the zip archive equivalent as the one obtained from gitea dump command.
