Feature freeze

The Gno core team is now exclusively working and accepting PRs that are part of the Gno Beta Mainnet milestone. Other PRs will be considered and merged after the beta mainnet launch. The scope of the milestone may grow for any other mainnet-critical issue, but there is a strict focus on launching at the time being.

Note: this issue will be locked immediately after being opened. This may change in the future.

We will focus our energy on making testnet iterations until one of them is feature-complete and rock-solid enough.
