Adds a (un-)pause button, which shows up wenn paused using new pause mode (available since v3.7.0).
Follow-up to glzr-io/glazewm#828, glzr-io/glazewm#870.
Note: Pause events currently do not arrive at zebar, which is fixed here: glzr-io/glazewm#889
