docs: replace GLA-ALT with maintained fork in readme #1024

The old [GLA-ALT](https://github.com/ParasiteDelta/GAT-GWM) repo for auto-tiling was archived then made private. This fork seems to have the [last commit](Dutch-Raptor/GAT-GWM@b76822b) from the old repo and has some additional improvements made as well.

Thank you! 🙏 Sorry about taking so long to getting around to this. I've been caught up working on a new major release of Zebar the last few months that I'm really excited to get out there. Planning to go through all the open GlazeWM PRs and knock out as many bugs as I can before doing a joint release for both projects. |

No worries. I just noticed that the repo doesn't have Issues enabled. Might have to ask the dev if they don't want to maintain it or handle issues reported by users. I've switched fully to linux so I don't use glazewm currently. |
Ah good point, will see if I can find em on Discord 👍 Either way it should be better than linking the archived repo. Grats on making the jump to Linux btw! Hope you've got a nice tiling setup going there too. |

The old GLA-ALT repo for auto-tiling was archived then made private. This fork seems to have the last commit from the old repo (archived version) and has some additional improvements made as well. Note that the repo was renamed to GAT-GWM by the original dev as can be seen in the archived link above.
