I am still trying to figure out a way to consistently reproduce this, but most of the time, when I move a workspace across monitors, the monitor it was originally on doesn't show any windows on it until I manually go to a new work space on it.

Preferred behavior:
If I have workspace 1, 2, 3 on monitor a, then move 3 to monitor b, windows from workspace 2 should appear on monitor a.
The above behavior happens once in a while, but more often than not the monitor remains empty.
