What article on docs.github.com is affected?

https://docs.github.com/en/apps/creating-github-apps/authenticating-with-a-github-app/generating-a-json-web-token-jwt-for-a-github-app

What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

Motivation: PowerShell is quite powerful and adopted alternative to Bash and Python, for example it is available out of the box in GitHub Actions, so will be nice to have example of how can we create an JWT token from PowerShell as well

Changes: No changes required, only addition of one more example

Outcome: as a developer, I won't waste time figuring out how to do it right and will just copy sample from the docs
