Issue description

The layout of the dialog shows the text field which then gets hidden and the console resizes to take more v-space:

Pull the latest master and run "create branch" operation.

Did this work in previous version of GitExtensions?

Yes. I'm guessing the regression was introduced in #12023. /cc: @mstv
