This is part of the effort to upgrade to Stripe API version 2025-04-30.basil.

  • Introduce helper to get stripe fixtures
  • Move files in folder per version (some files have another version in the filename but this will be refactored later)
  • don't load fixtures in factory. if you want a specific payload, pass it to the factory
