Expected Behavior

• The overwrite question should appear above the dialog from which it originates

Current Behavior

• The input question appears below the Save/Export dialog

Possible Solution

Probably not setting the parent correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open gephi and Save a file
2. Select a file that already exists and click "Save"
3. Observe that the "Do you want to overwrite?" question appears below the dialog
