S3Proxy uses the minimum blob size for each storage backend since some are (were?) greater than S3's 5 MB size. For the transient and filesystem blobstores this is 1 which is not useful for emulating S3. Make this 5 MB by default and possibly allow overriding it. References s3fs-fuse/s3fs-fuse#1313. @ggtakec
