The default handling of drop for an ActivityPartition did not correctly populate the diagram. This change updates the diagram with the swimlane title and adds all of the nodes and edges contained within the swimlane

Thanks @pbrown12303, this is a great fix! I pushed a commit to remove the commented out code 👍
