Describe the bug

After clicking on the Reset the Environment button on the Start Over page, and dismissing the popup, it won't show again.

To Reproduce

1. On Monkey Island, go to the Start Over page.
2. Click on Reset the Environment and then on Cancel.
3. Click on Reset the Environment - the modal won't show.

Expected behavior

The modal should appear every time the button is clicked on.

Machine version

I'm running on Windows but seems irrelevant :)
