Remove PendingDeprecationWarning when .reuse/dep5 covers 2 files simultaneously #1010
Description
This behaviour will be explicit in spec v3.2, meaning that this isn't technically deprecated. Instead, .reuse/dep5 will be deprecated, for which there is already a warning.
