Pull Request: Enhance Discord Badge in README.md

This pull request updates the README.md file to improve the Discord badge by:

  • Dynamically displaying the approximate member count of the Discord server, using a JSON-based badge that fetches data from the Discord API.
  • Updating the badge URL to use the correct Discord server link.

  • README.md: Enhanced the Discord badge for real-time member count and fixed the server URL.
