You can overwrite the datadir using `datadir` key in the config.ini. Other directories and files like `cache`, `ftrss_custom_data_dir`, `db_file` and `logger_destination` now default to a value containing `%datadir%` string, which will be interpolated at runtime to the value of `datadir` option.
Previously custom site patterns were in data/fulltextrss/custom. Since the upstream files have been managed by a composer for a while, we can move the custom ones to the parent directory and simplify the code paths handling them.
