For some reason, the Skwasm unit test suite (that currently has a single unit test in it) is flaky and sometimes leads to the following error on CI:

  �[31mFailed to load "test/skwasm/smoke_test.dart":�[0m SessionNotCreatedException (500): Could not create a session: The session timed out while connecting to a Safari instance.

The test itself is not very high-value, so I'm just going to disable it on Safari for now.
