As requested in #1, add support for single line Emacs File Variable.

But I have absolutely no experience with Emacs and I find the docs of Emacs very confusing. Every time I think I found something it shows a lot of LISP code that needs to be added somewhere to get things done. So I need an experienced Emacs user to explain Emacs File Variables a bit better.
