  • add SVG favicon using Lume favicon plugin
  • improve logo ergonomics to only require file path and a separate height integer value in pixels
  • add _cache to .gitignore
  • update to 0.16.0 + move Simple Blog options import to be underneath Simple Blog import, to make it harder to overlook and encourage authors to update both at the same time
