Followup to #972. Since the Falco website has custom page-feedback code, that custom code will need to be updated to work with GA4.

• Send page feedback using gtag #994
• Delete the previously added event-modification rule
• Confirm that page_helpful events are bring sent to the CNCF GA4 data stream

If you'd like to make it easy to see page-feedback events under GA4, you'll need to setup an event-modificaiton rule. For details, see:
